Asset Management Planning for Facilities

The primary objective for facility managers is to keep the company’s buildings and assets functioning and safe. They do their best to focus on preventative maintenance and routine service calls thus avoiding costly repairs; however, some structural components are difficult to see and when issues are finally identified, repairs tend to be reactionary and expensive and may require significant restoration projects.
