NTH provides services that cover the entire breadth of major civil infrastructure projects, including field and laboratory testing of construction materials, construction inspection and resident engineering/RPR services, construction contract administration, and owner’s representation services. Our team of professional engineers, construction managers, inspectors, and technicians have supported the construction of major infrastructure projects for decades.

We oversee the construction and implementation of infrastructure projects, coordinate with contractors, manage resources, and ensure that the construction process adheres to the design specifications and safety standards. Our contract administrators coordinate with various stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. NTH’s construction support services team are experts in administering traditional, design-build, progressive design-build, construction manager at-risk, and public/private partnership (P3) delivery methods and contracts.
