Mr. Johnson offers 22 years of energy industry leadership, project management, and technical consulting, with 13 years of enterprise-wide utility operations, engineering, regulatory compliance, risk identification and mitigation, and overall program leadership. Prior to joining NTH, Mr. Johnson held several manager and director level utility leadership roles. Within the utility roles, he had responsibility for all aspects of natural gas delivery (production wells through customers burner tip), electric distribution operations and engineering, utility scale solar generation development and operation, and leadership of a coal-fired generation facility and associated landfill. Additional responsibilities included overall project leadership, sponsorship, and direction of multimillion dollar projects and programs, providing exceptional customer service, employee development and leadership, Incident Command System (ICS) development, outage restoration, root cause analysis, financial performance, rate review development and testimony, collective bargaining contract review, asset management, and regulatory compliance. His clients include energy companies, utilities, municipalities, engineering / consulting firms, and private commercial / industrial entities.
