His extensive background encompasses a diverse range of engineering analyses and assessments associated with geotechnical projects. These include conducting geotechnical investigations, designing deep and shallow foundations, earth-retaining structures, and performing slope stability analyses. Before joining NTH, Mr. Bansal held pivotal roles as a Project Manager and Project Engineer at a prominent Canadian engineering consulting firm. During this tenure, he successfully oversaw a wide array of projects, including the engineering, design, and construction of mining infrastructure, slope stabilization programs, pavement engineering, and restoration, as well as landfill liners and caps.
