Mr. Kosnak’s experience includes Project Management of Evaluation and Repair Services including pipelines, water mains, underground structures and basins, manholes, parking structures, and elevated guideways. Emergency response for system failures, development of Emergency Action Plans, problem resolutions on field projects, Subsurface Utility Engineering Services, and construction materials evaluations. Responsibilities also include preparation of bid documents, award review and selection, submittal preparation and review, scheduling, cost estimating, project coordination, troubleshooting and training of internal and external staff in Confined Space Entry safety.
